Today, we learnt the difference between vertebrates and invertebrates, grouping vertebrates based on their characteristics. We learned how to classify these vertebrates (mammals, birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians) using a classification key. You need to ask questions to narrow down the choices until all animals are sorted. This week, we worked together as a table, sharing our knowledge of animals.
