Yesterday we headed up into KS2 with our favourite books from home to join 56 Blue. The sun was shining and we very much enjoyed sharing our books with the older children, who in turn shared theirs with us.

Today it was 'Stop, Swap and Read' day. At three points in the day, Mrs Ellis rang the school bell and we stopped whatever we were doing and swapped or shared our book with a friend. 

Tomorrow we will be welcoming two special visitors. Our local PCSO will be popping into school to read as a story in the morning and in the afternoon, Mr Bromley will be sharing one of his favourite stories with us.

A BIG thank-you to Miss Cattley, our fabulous Reading Champion, for organising all of this week's story-telling events. We've loved them all!
