Strive for Five!

Our Phunky Food Ambassadors, along with Hannah came to tell us about the importance of eating at least five different fruits and/or vegetables a day. They explained that fresh, tinned, frozen, dried and juiced fruits and vegetables could all count as one of our five. They encouraged us to 'eat a rainbow' every day, led a scavenger hunt task in the playground and taught us a song. We had great fun and learnt alot too!
